Continuing from our winter sessions, the spring sunrise yoga will be following into the summer, without a solid shelter available we will be continuing our sessions inside. Class will be held inside upstairs (please note, there is no disabled access upstairs). If the weather is forecasted sunny and warm, we will move the class outside.

Come wind down the day with our Moonlit Yoga session - hosted by Megan (\_bliss_yoga on Instagram). Similar to the morning weekly session.

The class will be held inside upstairs and afterwards there will be a vegan friendly homemade **bowl of soup** and an option of a warming **hot chocolate** with all the toppings or a **175ml glass of selected wine**.

Please note, there is no disabled access upstairs for the class.
